Appointments
Anyone who feels they need physiotherapy treatment or advice on managing an injury can make an appointment. All treatments are by appointment but referral from a GP is not necessary.
You Do Not have to have private medical insurance but if you do and you want to make a claim on your policy you will need to obtain a letter of referral from your General Practitioner or Hospital Consultant.
As Chartered Physiotherapists all the major health insurance companies recognize the practice.
You can assist by:
- Being on time for your appointment
- Making a separate appointment for each person attending
- If you cannot not keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible

Insurance cover and reimbursement:
Treatment which is delivered by a chartered physiotherapist is covered by private health insurers and is also tax deductible.
The amount you will be reimbursed will vary depending on your insurer, and what type of coverage you have. So we recommend you contact your health insurance company to clarify your exact reimbursement rate.
